17th ILO Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting

Held in Singapore from 6 to 9 December, the 17th Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting (APRM) brings together the ILO’s tripartite constituents representing Governments, workers and employers from Asia and the Pacific and the Arab States, as well as representatives of international organizations and civil society to discuss concrete steps to drive job-rich growth that is inclusive and transformative.

The session will discuss multilateral actions to support SDG8, to reinforce labour market resilience and to promote decent work in the two regions. Experiences in building partnerships and strengthening multilateralism will be shared.
